A little about what's included:

Wagon Wheels dipped in Belgian Chocolate - The hottest product at our markets! These live up to their hype! Containing 2 Vanilla Bean Sugar Cookies with homemade Vanilla Bean Marshmallow & homemade Raspberry Jam. These are finished in a bath of the finest Belgian Chocolate & sprinkled with freeze dried raspberries & crisp pearls.

Belgian Rocky Road (GF) - Starting with the finest Belgian chocolate I can find, my Rocky Road is the perfect combination of toasted almonds, fluffy marshmallows, and chewy raspberry. With a sprinkle of crushed, freeze-dried raspberries on top, you’ll be wondering how it all disappeared so quickly!

Melting Moments - The perfect size and made with real ingredients, these Melting Moments will steal your heart as they melt in your mouth and leave you wondering what you’ve been doing with your life up until now. Made using high quality butter and my homemade vanilla bean extract, my Melting Moments are available in three flavours:
• lemon (made with fresh lemon rind and juice)
• passionfruit (made with tangy passionfruit pulp, complete with crunchy pips)
• raspberry (made with fresh reduced raspberries).

Fudge (GF) - “So addictive, I almost had to go to rehab!” – a local Mount Gambier shearer.
I make my Russian Fudge using an old recipe that combines golden syrup with salt and condensed milk for a deliciously natural caramel flavour. Well balanced and with a perfect crumbly texture, this fudge won’t stick to your teeth, but will disappear from the packet very, very quickly.

Florentines (GF) - My Florentines are my kitchen’s delicious dark horse. A gorgeously nostalgic chewy-caramel biscuit that never fails to surprise and delight (even the most dubious glacé cherry sceptics). Peanuts, cornflakes, glacé cherries, and condensed milk are combined and baked, then cooled before I add a bed of the finest Belgian chocolate available. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Sugared Almonds (GF) - So moreish you won't be able to stop at one. Using a generational recipe these are the perfect balance of roasted almonds and sugar crust.
