Decorated Easter Egg Cookie - There are two kinds of people in this world – those who have never tried my grandmother’s German Honey Biscuits, and those who are completely addicted to them. Made with (a LOT) of honey sourced from our local beekeeper, these traditional biscuits are made with a delicious mix of spices perfected by my family over generations (don’t ask – I’ll never tell!). I make the dough the night before baking, then decorate them with my homemade royal icing.
